PRIVACY POLICY:
We understand that the information you submit to order your jobs is or may be private in its nature, for this reason: WE WILL NOT USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE THAN TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER AND CONTACT YOU IN REFERENCE TO THAT ORDER.
Period. We don't sell information. That is not the nature of our business.

SECURITY:
We use SSL, Secure Socket layer "RC4-40, 128 bit with 40 secret" encryption technology provided by "Comodo Services". Secure Server checkout is processed under our domain https://www.colorwisegraphics.com. We do not store your credit card numbers in the web servers, or any place vulnerable to theft.

TURNAROUND TIME:
Products and services have different times for delivery, please read the information regarding the products you are ordering.

SHIPPING:
We use the USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation service for various reasons:

It is the best value available.
It provides Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.
It is very economical (Starts at only $4.30).
Most items we sell are service based, it is not just merchandise, waiting to be shipped.
For this reason we do not offer overnight or fast delivery services.
We need one or two days to actually "manufacture" a stamp, "Overnight Shipping"
makes no sense.
Some items, such as logo design, graphic design, etc. will be delivered using the internet, via email or FTP.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES:
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you finish your purchase online. If for any reason the transaction was completed but the card was not accepted we will consider the order in hold until a payment is processed in the next 24 hours. If no payment is received, both the invoice and the email confirmation you received will be considered void.

If any of the merchandise is in back order or out of stock, your credit card will not be charged unless we can process and ship the order. We will contact you if any problem arises.

IN CASE OF TROUBLE:
We are pretty reasonable people and we are proud to offer good products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know. We will do our best to fix your problem. If no solution is possible, we will provide you with an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will refund your credit card with your purchase price minus shipping if applicable.

COPYRIGHT ISSUES
Any designs created, will remain property of Colorwise Graphics, until payment is completed and rights transferred to the customer.

Although all our designs are created from scratch and specifically for you, there is a slight possibility of similarities with ideas already out there. For this reason, we cannot be liable for infringements of copyrights. It is the responsibility of the customer, to research and determine if names or ideas are used for other competing products or companies (of course we will do our best to give you an original idea). For this research we recommend visiting the United States Patent and Trademark Office web site www.uspto.gov . Also check your competition, make sure you create a distinctive image.

SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY:
Our designs will be delivered in file formats that are standard to the printing and graphic design trade and usable by printers, sign companies and other graphic service businesses. For your convenience, we also provide files in JPG and BMP which are very common files usable by any home or office computer. We cannot provide training to use our files, conversions to a particular program, or help you use the files in your own computer. (Again if you know what you are doing there should not be any problems).
